Our flexible Small Group plan options have everything your clients and their employees need to make smarter health care choices, save time and manage costs. Affordable Care Act (ACA) Medical Plans

Our Individual and Family health insurance plans provide consumers with a variety of options. Empire plans provide coverage for preventive care, such as screenings and flu shots, for as low as $0, with no copay from doctors (in their plan). And these plans include access to covered services in case of an emergency or serious illness.*

Supplemental Plans

We get that one type of plan does not fit all. That’s why in addition to the traditional ACA medical plans, extra coverage is available to supplement our ACA portfolio. There are a variety of plans that offer coverage for accidents, critical illness, doctor visits, hospital visits and more. While these are not ACA-compliant plans, they offer reasonably priced coverage for specific benefits. For additional coverage or the unexpected, your clients have more choices.
